KOBaba Jornsen has taking to his Facebook page to appreciate the rare character display of one Mr Emeka Joel JP, who’s a staff of Power Holding Electricity Distribution (PHED) towards his electricity issues. The staff of PHED was recently awarded the Character Man Of The Year in Power Holding Electricity Distribution PHED few months ago.
