[Opinion] Will Emeka Ikwuagwu Become A Better Alternative To Nkiru Onyejeocha?

“Will Emeka George Ikwuagwu lead the people of Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Constituency as he has been doing under his Emeka Ikwuagwu Foundation or turn a new leaf like Rochas Okorocha did after assuming office as the Governor of IMO State?”

Rochas Owelle Okorocha before assuming the office of IMO State Governor under the platform of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) in 2011 was a great philanthropist doing marvelously well with his Rochas Okorocha Foundation which was known in providing, assisting and giving scholarships to students across the country but turned a new leaf after assuming office as the Governor of IMO State. Rochas fought against everybody and every institutions that were behind his governorship aspirations and turned IMO State into a family affairs. We all know the rest of the story which we may not want to worry you will right now.

But history has a way of repeating itself and we would not wish to take the people of Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency backwards after years of sufferings from Hon Nkiru Onyejeocha who has lead us for food 12 unproductive years as a member representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi.

Over the past few months, we have been agitating for the stoppage of Hon Nkiru Onyejeocha who has been leading the people of Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency unproductively but will a philanthropist like Mr Emeka Ikwuagwu save us from her and lead us to our promise land??

Will he not turn around like Rochas Okorocha did to the people of IMO State after election?

Mr Emeka George Ikwuagwu who’s the founder of Emeka Ikwuagwu Foundation is also a philanthropist with a great remarks in helping the needy around Isuikwuato/Umunneochi axis where he’s also aspiring to contest for the position of House of Representative under the platform Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Will Mr Emeka Ikwuagwu become best candidate to lead the people of Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency and outshine Hon Nkiru Onyejeocha in all her performances or turn a new leaf after assuming office and totally forgets his promises to his constituency?

Will Mr Emeka Ikwuagwu be good as a philanthropist instead of venturing into politics as a means of surviver or will he go there and start servicing the ego of his ‘Master’??

Will Mr Emeka Ikwuagwu be able to attracts developmental projects to the people of Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency as a politician?

Will Mr Emeka George Ikwuagwu become a better alternative to Nkiru Onyejeocha?
