Dr Alex Otti has received his APGA Governorship certificate of return in abuja today. The certificate was handed over to him by APGA National Chairman, Chief Victor Oye.
Dr Alex Otti who defeated Chief Chikwe Udensi during the APGA governorship primary election held at APGA Secretariat office on the 5th of October, 2018 was present with Bourdex and other APGA stakeholders while receiving his certificate.
