An unknown woman has dumped a day old baby in a carton today being 9th of December, 2018 in front of mile 3 park, Diobu, Port Harcourt Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Passerby and the residents of the community woke up to this shocking discovery. The baby was still alive as at the point of this report.
