Abia State Commissioner of Finance, Hon Obinna Oriaku has received an award as the best commissioner of the year during Abia Facts Newspaper Award Nite held on the 21st of December, 2018 at Evergreen Hotel, Umuahia, Abia State.
The Commissioner was awarded the best commissioner of the year on merit irrespective of political party or affiliation.
The Editor in Chief of AFN, Mr Emenike Iroegbue noted that all the awardees were awarded based on merits and the awards has nothing to do with political party or affiliation.
