Dr Chima Anyaso, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Bende Federal Constituency in Abia State walked out of an ongoing debate organized by Abia State Debate Team (ASDT) comprises of Vision Africa, Buzz FM, Flow FM and Abia State Chapter of Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria (OMPAN).

Dr Chima Anyaso, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate was in a debate with Bar. Benjamin Kalu of All Progressive Congress (APC) at Vision Africa FM to tell the people of Bende Federal Constituency what there blue prints are and what they intend to do and achieve if elected into the office during the general election which is some weeks from now but the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate walked out of the debate backed with some derogratory statements about seven (7) minutes to the end of the debate which was been stream live for the world to see.

People have condemned the activities and the immaturity level displayed by Dr Chima Anyaso during a live debate which was an avenue for him to tell the people of his constituency on how he’s going to lead them if given the opportunity during the general election.

Abia State Debate Team (ABDT) is the biggest debate team in Abia State and has given every aspiring candidates and sitting candidates across the state a platform to either tell Abians their blue prints and why they should be elected or their score cards and the reasons why they should be re-elected into office.

It is only an incompetent candidate that will not want to go into a debate and tell his/her constituency or Abians what and why they should be elected.
