The All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) Governorship candidate, Dr Alex Otti who was mentioned by Mr Obanikoro in an ongoing trial of the former Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Fayose Ayodele during a court proceedings that he released a whooping N1.2B based on verbal instruction has been on the news for some days especially in Abia State where the gubernatorial candidate is from.
But that insinuation or allegation seems to hold no water as AFN has gotten document proving that the said money was documented and not as been carried on the news that it was released based on verbal instruction.
Based on the document made available to AFN, it clearly showed that the transaction was formerly carried out with documented instruction for the fund release.
