Former President Goodluck Jonathan’s aides, Reno Omokri has blasted President Muhammadu Buhari that the country has turned into the capital of poverty.
Omokri asserted that Nigeria became the headquarters of poverty due to Buhari’s love for the poor.
He said this while reacting to claims by Festus Keyamo, spokesman of Buhari Campaign Organisation that the president loves the poor.
Reno Omokri, former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, has opined why Nigeria allegedly became the poverty capital of the world under President Muhammadu Buhari.
Omokri asserted that Nigeria became the headquarters of poverty due to Buhari’s love for the poor.
He said this while reacting to claims by Festus Keyamo, spokesman of Buhari Campaign Organisation that the president loves the poor.
Keyamo in a tweet had written: “The nightmare of PDP since 2003! The demystifier of old power-blocs! The slayer of the corrupt! The friend of the poor! The one the thieves love to hate! My guy!”
Reacting to Keyamo’s claim, the former presidential aide in a tweet, wrote: “@FKeyamo is correct when he calls President @MBuhari ‘friend of the poor’.
“President Buhari loves the poor so much, he DOUBLED their number in just 4 years. Not only does he love the poor, he loves EXTREME POVERTY and made Nigeria its headquarters #BuhariFriendofPoverty.”
