The Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly Rt.Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji this morning received Youths of Ugba Community who came to Celebrate the 2019 New Yams Festival Of Ugba Community with him at his Residence in Umuahia, the Abia State Capital.
The Speaker Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji is a revered son of Ugba Community in Umuahia North Local Government Area of Abia State.
The Speaker admonished the Youths to observe a non violent 2019 New Yams Festival.
