Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu has appointed the founder of Emeka Ikwuagwu Foundation and the CEO of Holmes Property, Hon Chief Emeka George Ikwuagwu as Commissioner.
Hon Chief Emeka George Ikwuagwu was before his appointment, the Chairman, Isuikwuato LG campaign director of Okezie Ikpeazu in the just concluded Governorship Election.
