The Transition Committee Chairman of Isuikwuato Local Government Area, Hon Chima Agbaeze is set to build an Ultra Modern Central Motor Park at Ahaba-Imenyi close to the popular Akara Junction, PROFJAYSBLOG reports.
PROFJAYSBLOG gathered that the building projects is going to be two phases. The first phase of the project is going to witness the construction of the Motor Park while the second phase is going to witness the construction of shopping mall.
This, according to the ever proactive TC Chairman is to decongest the ever busy Akara Junction which has always been an issue of concern to all motorists and passerby. The shopping mall will also give those who which to sell an avenue to sell without any obstruction on the road which will also see to a total reduction in accidents and traffic gridlock, PROFJAYSBLOG learnt.
The project is going to be one of the first in the history of Isuikwuato Local Government Area and considering the short period of time the TC Chairman has spent in office and the volume of projects done, one begins to wonder how he’s able to achieve these great success.
PROFJAYSBLOG also learnt that work has started on the land as the site has been cleared. The time of completion is put to be by October 2019.
