The Governor of Ebonyi State Chief Dave Nwaeze Umahi has ordered the payment of April salary to the state workers, profjaysblog learnt.
The State Governor made this order today while speaking to newsmen in the State.
This was to enable the workers purchase some food items, stock up their houses during this covid-19 pandemic currently raviging the nation and the world at large.
Recall that the covid-19 pandemic has killed over thirty thousands of people globally and Nigeria has recorded 2 deaths ever since the first cases was Recorded in Nigeria on the 27th of February, 2020.
About 111 cases of covid-19 have been confirmed in the country by Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC), profjaysblog can confirm.
