A man simply identified as Chisom Eze has reportedly stabbed his brother, Henry, 19 while fighting over a bottle of soft drink at their Lagos residence on Johnson Street, Alaba area of Lagos State, profjaysblog learnt.
Our correspondent learnt that the 21year of Chisom Eze left a bottle of soft drink in their house and left the house to attend to a yet to be identified issue when Henry drank his soft drink.
On his return, Chisom got to finds out about his brother’s actions, took a kitchen knife and stabbed his brother, Henry on his neck.
Profjaysblog further learnt that their sister who was a witness to the incident immediately raised an alarm that attracted their neighbours and Chisom was over powered and apprehended.
All efforts to safe Henry’s life proved abortive as he died of excess bleeding from the stabbing he had from his brother during the fight.
Footage of the fight which was posted by an Instagram blogger, and sighted by profjaysblog showed the victim body being taken out by wailing neighbours and sympathizers.
When contacted on phone, Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Bala Elkana confirmed the story and later said the culprit was in their custody and investigation was ongoing.
