Abia State has recorded 5 new cases of coronavirus (covid-19) as reported by Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) on their official social media platforms and sited by profjaysblog.
Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) reported 416 new cases of covid-19 in Nigeria late night of which Abia State recorded 5 new cases from.
Out of the 416 new cases reported in Nigeria, Lagos State recorded 192, Edo State 41, Rivers State 33, Kaduna State 30, Kwara State 23, Nasarawa 18, Borno 17, FCT and Oyo States recorded 14 and 10 new cases respectively.
With this, the total number of confirmed cases of covid-19 in Nigeria is now 10,578 cases, with 299 deaths while 3,122 patients have been discharged from the isolation centers across the country.
