Edo Gov, Obaseki Sue for Certificate Forgery, Perjury

Edo State State Governor, Godwin Obaseki has been sued before a Federal High Court in Abuja in a petition sighted by profjaysblog.

The summons which was written by Edobor Williams, Ugbesia Abudu Godwin, and Amedu Dauda Anakhu had alleged that the Executive Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki submitted a forged certificate which he alleged to have gotten from University of Ibadan.

The plaintiffs alleged that the Governor do not qualify to contest in the forth coming Governorship Election scheduled to take place on the 19th of September, 2020

The plaintiffs also summoned All Progressive Congress (APC), Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Inspector General of Police (IGP) as well as Edo State Governor.
