Dr Alex Chioma Otti has allegedly defected from All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) to All Progressive Congress (APC) in Abia State, profjaysblog learnt.
Dr Alex Otti who happens to be a two time Governorship candidate under APGA in 2015 and 2019 Gubernatorial elections held in Abia State has allegedly dumped APGA to APC.
