Just In: Court Stops Oshiomhole, APC From Conducting Primaries In Edo State

Federal High court sitting in Benin city has granted an order restraining the All Progressive Congress (APC), and it’s national chairman, Adams Oshiomole from conducting primary election in Edo State ahead of the Governorship election in September, pending the determination of the suit before it, profjaysblog learnt.

Recall that the Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki and the National Chairman of All Progressive Congress (APC) Adam Oshiomhole have been in a battle publicly for sometimes now.

Also recall that Adams Oshiomhole was sometimes in 2019 suspended by its party at the ward level in his state just before he was sacked as the party’s National Chairman by Federal High Court and was later reinstated.
