Press Release: Abia APGA Did Not Collapse Into APC – Augustine Ehiemere

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Abia State Chapter do hereby refute in its entirety and disassociates its self from the fake, spurious and doomed press release granted to one impostor called NKEM OKORO who illegally and fraudulently purports himself to be the State Chairman of APGA in Abia State and who claimed in his press interview on 1/9/2020 that APGA, Abia State has collapsed into the All Progressives Congress (APC).

For the avoidance of doubt, APGA, Abia State Chapter competently led by Rev. Augustine Ehiemere wishes to inform all APGA faithful in Abia State and all lovers of the party in the State that APGA is still on ground, very intact in the State and remain a darling party to take over Abia government house come 2023. Whatever that took place in Umuahia on 1/9/20 was a charade made up of hired crowed with negligible number of persons who call themselves ABIA FIRST members and same was orchestrated for purposes of deceiving Abians.

May we further use this medium to inform and implore Abians to disregard in its entirety the unfounded and deceitful statement released by the impostor called NKEM OKORO who has been fraudulently, illegitimately, anarchically, and illegally parading himself as the Chairman of APGA at the behest of his pay master Alex Otti with the intention of causing mayhem and breach of the peace in Abia State.
For purposes of the records, the said impostor called NKEM OKORO is not and has never been the State Chairman of APGA in Abia State, neither has he been an officer of the party at any level. Rather, he is a member of ALEX OTTI Abia First Organization and was expelled from the party in 2019 for anti-party activities, the same period his pay master ALEX OTTI was suspended from APGA.

We therefore enjoin all APGA members and other lovers of APGA in Abia State to keep faith in the party as the party is very resolute, more focused and dedicated in making sure that party discipline is maintained no matter whose ox is gored.

May we further state that APGA Abia State has been liberated from her political bondage and asphyxiation of 8 years and we celebrate the exit of political opportunists who have lost political credibility and who have no business in APGA.
