The Lagos State Internal Revenue Services has urged the winner of the just concluded winner of Big Brother Naija Season 5 to pay his taxes from the prizes, profjaysblog reports.
This was made opened in a twitter post made from the official twitter handle of the Internal Revenue Services and monitored by profjaysblog.
Recall that Laycon was part of the many contestants that came into the Big Brother Naija house contest for the N85m grand prize. He grew his fan base from nothing to something and became an icon to many outside the house. This year’s edition tagged Lockdown Edition has been intriguing and with mixed feelings.
Laycon was faced with too many criticism and backslash at the early stage of the program but was later loved and admired by many lovers of the show due to his level of intelligence.
Laycon was believed to have gone into the Big Brother Naija house with less than 40,000 followers but grew it to over 1.5m followers before the show ended on the 23rd of September 2020 at the expiration of the 71days spent in the house.
