Imprisonment With Hard Labour, The Story of A Submissive Woman – Nwaorgu Eze Onyeokekenwa

With speechless respect and honour to every woman who is a wife and mother in her own capacity little or great. The physical eyes of life may call it “a woman’s responsibility” but I call it “imprisonment with hard labour” and she never complains to break her prison gates but stays in the prison yard with happiness and joy, making it more comfortable for her stay and living.

For that woman that plays her primary roles and duties to her husband, children, relatives and in-laws with all sense of humility and fear of God, I see you as a “Second God”. She prays for the success and progress of her home and ensures there is smile in the faces of her love ones and beyond and she is never lazy to work for provision but she is always lazy to troubles.

A submissive woman as a wife and mother, goes through tough seasons during pregnancy, the pain, kicks, going to markets, cooking, washing and other domestic duties, and most heartless individuals still torture her without considerations and feelings. Yet she endures and remains as a wife and mother, not minding what could become of her end result.

She goes to the favour (labour) room for delivery of her baby with her heart melted and ached but knows that her “Redeemer Liveth” and “He is Able to save her” and consequently she comes out with the favour of God (the Child). No man enters into that fifty fifty (50 50) room and found it worthy to maltreating his submissive and humble wife or mother irrespective of her mistakes as human she is.

She goes through sleepless and stressful nights breast feeding, nurturing and caring for her baby, children and her husband. Her sleep never complete nights or days, that’s why most nursing mothers experience “high blood pressure (HBP)” and other health inadequacy.

She gets it worse when her husband is far away home and most likely he can’t get it easy coming back home. She becomes the wife and husband in carrying out responsibilities and in rare cases, she is abandoned by her man without “explanations for reconciliations”. She is left to push the world in the faith that “it is well”.

The irony of life is always funny, a faithful, submissive, God-fearing and dedicated woman finds herself in a home of heartless and irresponsible man that can’t complement her values and worth, simply because she is impatience and unguided. Every woman deserves maximum respect despite her weakness and inequality.

That woman who is up to date in her duties and responsibilities despite the storms of life. That woman who is prayerfully engining the safety and well-being of her husband and children.
That woman who has been very strong and supportive to her man in all manners of love and creativity. That woman who is faithful, submissive, humble, industrious, kind, uncompetitive, contented and has respect for others, I Nwaorgu Eze, duff my cap for you with twenty one gun salute.

Respect To My Late Mother
Respect To My Pillar (Wife)
Respect To My Mother in law
And Respect To Every Wife and Mother, that in all storms, she remains Steadfast.

Greater Blessings To All Mothers!!!
