Uganda Police have arrested a Nigerian Artis known as Omah Lay for violating covid-19 protocols, profjaysblog learnt.
The country’s police department shared the Arrests of the Nigerian artist on their twitter handle some hours ago.

Nigerian Artist Omah lay has been arrested by katwe police , the manager of the venue one Dungu Ivan and the Events manager Prim Kasana are also in custody .
