(Opinion): Gigantic Leader Show Off Digger Attitudes – Nwaorgu Eze Onyeokekenwa

It is said that the true character of a person comes out when he/she has power, which could be money, appointment or promotion to the next level. It is obvious but one thing inevitable is, who is wicked will remain wicked and one who is self-centered cannot be satisfied.

In a public organization where there are already lay down procedures for working systems and responsibilities are manned and assigned to each head of department, subordinates and setting, the self-centered person appointed as a leader to oversee others, turns to digger with sharpened edges.

At some point, he/she becomes more in control and in charge of every responsibility both the tiny and big responsibility, irrespective of whom it is meant for and whatever it should look like. This attitude afford the actor the avenue to divert and convert what is meant for the subordinates for personal use and consumption.

I call this attitude of a leader “a gigantic leader in a digger manners”. The gigantic leader will recruit spies within the same organization or department, that will gather what other members of the same organization or department are rumouring about his/her actions. This type of leader gets what happens within the organization from his/her loyalties who see nothing wrong to overshadow everywhere by their recruiter.

He/she will appoint you as a subordinate to manage a particular responsibility or assignment and will equally frustrate, deter and kill your efforts, impacts, commitments and devotion to perform greatly. If gigantic leader discovers the attributes and qualities in you as a subordinate, the only encouragement you will get is abuse, curse, negative names and making your juniors and unworthy persons to look down on you.

One stupid act of this kind of leader is his/her manners at interval to gist with you to make your mind free and relax in order to achieve an aim, immediately afterwards it won’t be funny again. But one thing shocking that can never be noticed easily is the act of poisoning the mind of one person against another. This makes every staff of the organization or department to be in disarray, and hatred will grow amidst the workers.

A gigantic leader will rob you off your right, privilege and benefit and will convince you to understand that you don’t deserve to be alive and not to talk of getting something to eat. This Actor will make you to pity him/her, makes you to suffer and smile, he/she is not tribalistic but very religious.

If a gigantic leader shows of his/her attitudes, digger will be preferred as a physical instrument to dig your history. This leader’s structural and physical appearance doesn’t matter but the growing attitudes and manners go very wide.

Be watchful, be vigilant and be yourself.
