Gunmen suspected to be bandits have attacked the convoy of Kaura Namoda Emir, HRH Sanusi Muhammed Asha, profjaysblog reports.
It was discovered that about three policemen and five others were killed during the attack process.
The Zamfara State Commissioner of Police, Usman Nagogo confirmed the incident which happened in Funtua, Katsina State. He, however, declined to comment further on the attack.
