Reef Court Estate Launches All Housing Campaign in Port Harcourt

Reef Court Estate has launched out their All Housing Campaign in the city of Port Harcourt, Rivers State on the 25th of April, 2021, profjaysblog gathered.

The Mayor of Housing while addressing newsmen immediately after the launch of the All Housing Campaign yesterday at Reef Court Estate off Peter Odili Road threw more light on their housing estate.

In his words, “The Mayor of housing said with social funding, 70 percent of Nigerians can access home ownership in the country.”

“Reef Court Estate is different from others real estate companies in multiple ways because we don’t sell houses or lands, but solutions. And that’s why If a solution is not affordable, then, it’s no longer a solution”

One of the solutions Reef Court Estate is selling is a social funding solution where you get a 150million naira house for 2million naira by introducing or recommending three (3) persons to the Reef Court Estate housing solutions.

What social funding does is bringing in equity and what you lack in cash by bringing in the realities of people’s dreams closer to their tables and turning your rent into a home, profjaysblog learnt.

“Reef Court Estate houses are very unique because we came up with two innovations. This is because Reef Court Estate is the first company in Nigeria to commercially render a residential building with rooftop private swimming pool. There are lots of residential buildings with rooftop private swimming pool but are not commercially sold because they were developed mainly for residential purposes and not for commercial purposes.”

Profjaysblog also learnt that Reef Court Estate is also the first real estate company to introduce what’s known as lintery by creating a unique inter-terriatial space for ventilation and circulation. The houses also come with fully automated with fibre to the house, state of the heart, Google smart automation and full fire and burglary insurance.

All the buildings are Eco-friendly, means all the international requirements for green, smart and light are well taken care of, he chipped it.

The estate is under a PPP arrangements. A Public Private Partnership between the Government and Reef Court Estate.

The estate also offers a unique resident only creech. Where resident drops their kids with the creech in the estate and it’s only for all the residents in the estate where you know everyone living within.

In his parting words, the Mayor of house said everyone deserves a home and Nigerians are smarter than we have been made to believe.
