NECO Registrar, Prof Godswill Obioma Died After a Brief Illness

The National Examination Council (NECO) Registrar, Prof Godswill Obioma has been reported to have died after a brief illness on Monday, 31st May, 2021, profjaysblog reports.

Contrary to media reports that Prof Godswill Obioma was killed, a family member has revealed to us that the registrar had died after a brief illness.

The deceased first son, Mr Godswill Obioma Jnr has revealed it to the Director of Human Resource Management of NECO that his father was never killed, rather, that he died.

Read his message below;

“Dear Sir, this is to formally inform you that my father Prof Obioma, the Registrar/Chief Executive of NECO passed to eternal glory yesterday 31/5/2021 after a brief illness.”

“We request that you kindly notify the Board, Management and the entire staff of the Council of this development. We shall keep you duly informed.”, the statement read.
