The National President Abia State Town Union Association National Youth, Comrade Chima Joel Okorie condemned totally the brutal killings and massacre of Amangwu Ohafia people and destruction of properties and valuables belonging to the Amangwu Ohafia people.
He said, it is a scripted attempt by the Federal government led by President Muhamadu Buhari to wipe out Igbo race and south East people. He call on the Federal government and Nigerian Army to desist from this dastardly act.
According to him, he said that Abia Youths also demand for the prosecution of the Commandant of Goodluck Jonathan Barracks, Ohafia to serve as a deterrent to other security agents who have ethnic cleansing mindset.
He further call on the Federal government to withdraw all the troops and send them back to the barracks stressing that in democratic settings that the use of Army on unarmed civilians like the Amangwu Ohafia people is against the constitution. He admonished the Amangwu Ohafia youths and the entire Abia State youths to be law abiding..
