Ph.D, for the commissioning and dedication of The Alert Media and Communications Ltd Office located at 24, Ikwerre Road, Education Bus Stop, Opposite Conoil Filling Station, Mile 1 Diobu, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, which has PRINTING PRESS SESSION AND STUDIO SESSION (For Broadcasting, Photos, Videos AND Event Coverage) to the Glory of God.

Brief about The Company, The Alert Media and Communications Ltd is a privately owned Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Company specialises in Media, Publishing, Printing, Broadcasting and Data Management, Advertising, Cinematography, Training etc in Nigeria.
It was established on 27th September 2016, by Madu Dab Madueke and on October 23, 2018, it got CAC availability approval and on 26 June 2019, the CAC business Name Registration was approved. On 20th October 2021, it became a Private Company Limited by shares as THE ALERTMEDIA AND COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED with 1852145 as Registration Number.
It pioneered AlertNews Nigeria, (ANN), AlertMedia (AM), AlertTV (ATV), Alert Print (AP) etc.
I acknowledged the knock-on effect: how everybody, even those indirectly involved, was asked to accommodate and adapt for the duration of the project.
The same gratitude goes to those who were on this project on part time. Thank you for taking time away from your other important tasks so that we could keep pace with our customer’s goals and deadlines on this project.
As a group, we did this following the strict quality work standards, being willing to work closely and cooperatively to fill in any gaps that arose , taking the initiative to go back over some aspect of the work that occasionally required double-checking.
I want you to know they are delighted with the accuracy we achieved. Without your shared pride and accountability, we simply could not have been so satisfactorily, so triumphantly and this successful.
As is true with any project encompassing so many different aspects, there would be some ups and downs that is to be expected, but when everyone pulled together and work as a team, our goals will certainly be attained. We know how much time and energy this assignment demanded, and I deeply appreciate all efforts, both individually, and collectively. I also appreciate those who kept faith with us in prayers.
To our clients, we acknowledge the result of satisfying/fulfilling the customer’s need that enables retaining our services for another project!
