Dr Onyinye Rufus-Obi, the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate for Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency visited one of the foremost Isuikwuato Traditional ruler and the immediate past Chairman of Council of Traditional Rulers, His Royal Highness, Eze Lazarus Maduagwu, the Ukette 1 of Ozara at his palace in Isuikwuato Local Government Area of Abia State, profjaysblog gathered.
His Royal Highness, Eze Lazarus Maduagwu was joyous receiving Dr Onyinye Rufus-Obi in his palace and was overwhelmed having to know that she’s the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate for Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency in the coming elections.
Eze Lazarus stated that, he would not make any requests from Dr Onyinye because he knew her parents and what they stood for, what they did in Isuikwuato and Abia State at large. He further stressed that, a fruit doesn’t fall far from it’s tree and also that, a snake will only reproduce long off-springs.
The Ukette 1 of Ozara promised to mobilize his subjects and others by extension for Dr Onyinye and his people will give her a complete support towards the actualization of her dream.
Dr Onyinye during her remark told His Royal Highness that, she has resolve to remain resolute in her pursuit for a developed constituency across the two local government areas.
Amongst the dignitaries that accompanied her to the palace was, the APGA Isuikwuato Local Government youth leader and the coordinator of Omekannaya Movement, Chimaobi Okoroafor, Lady Okwi Umesiobi and others.
The highlights of the visitation was when His Royal Highness poured out his blessings to Dr Onyinye Rufus-Obi and prayed to God for a resounding victory as it’s the turn of ndi Isuikwuato and Dr Onyinye is the chosen one.
In another news, the Youths of Ozara besieged Dr Onyinye Rufus-Obi with joy written over their faces immediately she stepped out of the palace of Eze Lazarus Maduagwu. It was said that, the youths had waited for hours when they got a tip off that, the Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency candidate under All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) and her entourage were around.
The youths sang and danced in solidarity with her and they shared some moments together before she left for other engagements.
