The All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate for Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency, Dr Onyinye Rufus-Obi visited His Royal Majesty, Eze Ezo Ukandu, Enyi Na Obiangwu of Imenyi ancient kingdom and the Chairman, Board of Trustees, South East Council of Traditional Rulers at his Aba palace, profjaysblog gathered.
Dr Onyinye Rufus-Obi who paid the Abia Monarch an august visit at his palace to inform him of her political position in the forthcoming elections as it concerns Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency took out time for tell the monarch of her plans if elected into the house of representatives.
The visitation which was basically on consultation purposes to the royal monarch turned out to be an history making moment. Dr Onyinye said, she could remember the old days of His Royal Majesty and her late Dad, where they roll and do things together like siamese twins.
The Enyi na Obiangwu of Imenyi Ancient Kingdom went down memory to recall how the Late Rufus Obi (Dr Onyinye Rufus-Obi’s dad) contributed immersely to the creation and development of Abia State during his days and believed that, his daughter, Dr Onyinye Rufus-Obi will certainly perform and do greater things than her Late dad if elected to represent the good people of Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency.
His Royal Majesty, Eze Ukandu seized the momentum to roll out drums of support for Dr Onyinye Rufus-Obi’s candidacy as he stressed that, Omekannaya is his daughter and no father abandons his child when he’s mostly needed.
Eze Ukandu assured Dr Onyinye that, Isuikwuato as a whole will massively stand and vote for her in full recognition and acceptance as their daughter as she’s the only person/candidate whose agenda is for the masses.
He concluded by encouraging her to forge ahead fearlessly.
