The Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji has described a former member of the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon Chukwuemeka Osoagbaka as a friend and former lawmaker whose contributions in his time at the Assembly has improved the lawmaking process in the State.
The Speaker stated this in his message of congratulations to Hon Chukwuemeka Osoagbaka on the occasion of his birthday today, 15th September.
