All You Need To Know About Popular Skit Maker, DeMan

Wilson Udochukwu Njoku popularly known as “DeMan” is a Nigerian skit maker and a content creator of repute and hails from Avuvu town in Ikeduru Local Government Area of Imo State.

DeMan is seen as the next big export of the entertainment industry with his expository talent.

DeMan started his comedy life at an early age while still in secondary school. He will always gather his fellow students during break period to share, crack his jokes and also organize drama for his school mates.

Few years ago, DeMan formed a drama group known as Amada Drama Group in his Avuvu community and has won series of awards through the group.

DeMan, a young talented humour merchant officially started his comedy career in 2022 after he registered the name under the armpit of the law with social media handles bearing same name, an avenue where all his comedy skits are released from.

While speaking with our correspondent, DeMan posited that, it has not been easy especially in the area of making people laugh but with talents, and grace, it will be fairly easy. He further stressed that, it has been an amazing journey seeing how far he has come within the shortest period of time without any assistance from anyone.

DeMan Comedy has about 8 comedy skits on his YouTube channels with over 4,000 watch hours and with the support of his fans and subscribers, he has been able to exceed the required 1,000 subscribers to enable him monetize the channel.

When DeMan was asked who are his role models in the comedy industry and who he would like to work or collaborate with in the nearer future, he made no mistake when he quickly mentioned the likes of Mr Funny (Oga Sabinu), Mr Macaroni, Taoma, Broda Shaggi, Babarex, Mark Angel, Oluwa dorlarz etc.

DeMan is generally known with the slogan, “with all due respect”.

One of the most hilarious skit he released recently with the titled; “the living dead” has been gaining a lot of attentions both online and offline and he’s generally known with the slogan, “with all due respect”.
