The APGA candidate for Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency, Dr Onyinye Rufus-Obi has just cated her vote at her polling unit 13 in Ward 4, Umuokogbuo-Eluama, profjaysblog gathered.
Dr Onyinye Rufus-Obi however asked INEC to be proactive in discharging their duties as some polling units in Ward 4 got their BIVAS devices very late while some could not get.
The officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had arrived her polling unit 13 just few minutes to 2:00pm after her and others had arrived their polling units as early as 8:00am.
It was noted that, the officials of the INEC left their office at Mbalano very late, hence, the reasons for arriving very late and wanting to cause uproar if not for the calmness nature of the community leaders and authorities.
She was seen casting her vote at about 3:15pm after passing through the accreditation processes.
His Royal Highness, Eze J.E Ogbuneke, the President General of Umuokogbuo Development Union (UDU), Mr Francis Udeagu, former UDU PG, Mazi Eli Obingonye were also on ground to exercise their franchise.
Other prominent sons and daughters of Umuokogbuo were also sighted voting for their respective candidates.
