Abia State Governor, Dr Alex Otti has inaugurated 19 commissioners into his cabinet to steer up Governance in the state in Umuahia today, 7th of July, 2023, pjtvnews reports.
The portfolios of the newly inaugurated commissioners were revealed by the Governor after they were sworn-in.
