The Chairman House Committee on HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Leprosy and Malaria Control, Chief Amobi Ogah has approved the appointment of UDEH PROMISE C as the Director General of Hon Amobi Ogah scholarship and student support initiative.
A release endorsed by the His media Adviser Elem Chukwuemeka notes that the appointment is coming a day after the appointment of five other Legislative Aides.
According to the release , the scholarship and student support initiative is aimed at promoting academic excellence and encouraging healthy academic competition among students in Isuikwuato/ Umunneochi federal constituency.
The release further enjoins students who must be indigenes of Isuikwuato/Umunneochi federal constituency that are having difficulties in different capacities to reach out to the Director General of the foundation on the telephone number 07060773293.
The release while acknowledging that the priority of the foundation is to ensure basic education for the people also urges families whose children and wards are having challenges in registering for WAEC, NECO, UTME, and other Vocational training to contact the DG of the foundation.
