The Rector, Abia State College of Health Sciences and Management Technology, Aba (ABSCOMAT), Aloy Okezie has described Dr Alex Otti’s 2 years in Office as a testament of quality leadership that has transformed Abia State into a First Class State in the committee of States in Nigeria.
In a goodwill message to mark Dr Alex Otti’s 2 years in Office on May 29th, 2025, Aloy Okezie noted that for a State coming from point zero, Dr Otti has demonstrated that leadership is not rocket science, but a journey of vision, and commitment to citizens welfare anchored on fear of God.
He listed the numerous achievements recorded under the leadership of Dr Alex Otti at ABSCOHMAT to include: the completion of three story building office complex, successful accreditation of courses, approval and commencement of contemporary medical related courses, upgrade of modern laboratories, retrofitting of SIWES building, a Student Union office complex with accessories, reconnection of the school to the national program, retrofitting of pharmacy and medical laboratories amongst others.
The Rector thanked the Visitor of the College for bringing his midas touch to ABSCOMAT, and placing Abia students at a vantage position to compete at the global stage. Aloy Okezie further thanked God for the gift of Dr Alex Otti, and he reiterated the total commitment of the College Staff and Students in promoting the visions and blueprint of Dr Alex Otti in the education sector.
