Iheanyi Frank Chinasa, the Abia State Liaison Officer to the National Assembly, represented Governor Alex Otti at the commemoration of French National Day, also known as Bastille Day. This historic event celebrates France’s transition from monarchy to republic, symbolizing liberty, equality, and fraternity – ideals that resonate globally.
In his goodwill message, Hon. Iheanyi Frank Chinasa conveyed Governor Otti’s warm regards to the French government, diplomatic community, and people of France. He acknowledged the longstanding friendship between France and Nigeria, which continues to flourish in areas like cultural exchange, education, diplomacy, and international cooperation.
The Abia State government, under Governor Otti’s leadership, remains committed to strengthening international relationships that promote mutual growth, people-to-people connection, and global inclusion.
