Respected legal practitioner and public affairs analyst, Barr. Kaodi Onuoha, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Executive Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, on the successful commissioning of a series of legacy projects across the state, completed and unveiled today.
In a statement issued today in Umuahia, Barr. Onuoha described the commissioning as “a monumental achievement and a clear testament to Governor Otti’s visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to rebuilding Abia.”
