
On Thursday, 16th October, at the prestigious Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, the Chief Liaison Officer, Abia State, Hon. Iheanyi Frank Chinasa, ably represented the Governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, at the 60th Birthday Celebration and Public Presentation of Publications by Professor Abubakar O. Sulaiman, the Director General of the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS).
Professor Sulaiman’s illustrious career stands as a remarkable testament to the power of knowledge, leadership, and service. His distinguished contributions to governance, democratic development, and institutional strengthening have left a lasting imprint on Nigeria’s political and academic landscape.
Delivering the goodwill message on behalf of the Government and People of Abia State, Hon.
