Barr Kaodi Onuoha has commended Governor Alex Otti over the construction and commissioning of Umuene Court Complex situated at Isialangwa South Local Government Area of Abia State.
The complex which was commissioned yesterday, 29th October, 2025 marked another milestone in the developmental height of the Governor and also placed the state judiciary side-by-side with other states court complexes.
According to the Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General of the State, Barr Ikechukwu Uwanna, SAN stated during the commissioning of the building that, the building is digitally connected with an independent power system, water supply facilities and a standard IT tool amongst other facilities that the building enjoys.
Barr Kaodi noted the visionary leadership of Governor Otti especially towards promoting justice delivery in the state and asked all judicial officers, staff and others to uphold the sanctity of the judicial system.
He further stressed that, the construction of the court complex was a milestone and with the construction of 1,000 seater capacity multifunctional ultramodern judicial complexes in Aba and Umuahia, the judicial officers will definitely have a conducive environment to operate from under Otti.
