I hereby write to extend warmest congratulations to Governor Alex Otti, on the recent judgment affirming the legitimacy of the Senator Nenadi Usman led executive of the Labour Party by the Court of Appeal Abuja.
This judgment is a public confirmation of the unwavering commitment of Governor Otti, Senator Usman, and Senator Nwokocha to truth, justice, and the rule of law. I want to commend their resolute stance in the face of adversity and their insistence on upholding the constitution and principles of the Labour Party.
I also wish to express gratitude to Justice Peter Lifu for standing on the side of truth and delivering a landmark judgment that has brought clarity to the Labour Party leadership crisis.
