Dele Ope, 22 Arrested for Stealing Customer’s Pant for Money Rituals in Ogun State

A 22 year old boy simply identified as Dele Ope has been arrested by the Ogun State Police Command for stealing a pant belonging to her customer for money rituals, profjaysblog learnt.

Dele Ope, a vulcanizer was arrested after the client (name withheld) reported the case of her missing pant to the Police Station.

Profjaysblog learnt that the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi revealed the case in a statement issued in Abeokuta on Sunday. Abimbola said the suspect was arrested following a report made by the woman at Warewa Police Division that she invited the suspect when she discovered that her car tyre has been deflated when she was about to go out.

The suspect fixed the tyre and left the compound but noticed her pant on the rope was missing, and the vulcanizer was the only person who has been into the compound that day. She immediately went out to look out for him but she could not get him.

“Upon the report, the DPO Warewa Division,SP Folake Afeniforo detailed detectives to the area where the suspect was traced and arrested”.“

His house was quickly searched and the woman’s pant was recovered there”.

“On interrogation, the suspect confessed to have stolen the pant with the intention of taking it to a herbalist for money ritual”.

Oyeyemi added that the Commissioner of Police, CP Kenneth Ebrimson has ordered that the suspect be charged to court as soon as investigation is concluded
