Rivers State Police Command has arrested a notorious Kidnapper and a serial killer simply identified as Mr Anthony Ndubuisi in Rivers State, profjaysblog reports.
Mr Anthony Ndubuisi, Male, is said to hail from Ngor-Okpala in Imo State but resides in Umuebulu Etche, Rivers State.
Ngor-Okpala in Imo State share a common boundary with Etche in Rivers State.
Operatives of the Anti Kidnapping Unit arrested Mr Anthony Ndubuisi with human skulls buried in septic tank.
Profjaysblog gathered that the suspect took the Operatives to his house at Umuebulu while on investigation and pointed to a septic tank where he was said to have buried his victims.
On exhumation, they recovered three human skulls and the decomposing body of his recent victims. They have been evacuated and taken to the mortuary for autopsy.
There are many reports that suggest the Anti Kidnapping Unit had recovered about seven human heads or skulls while some reported six from the suspect. Though, no official statement has been released by River State Police Command not from the Police State PRO, Mr Nnamdi Omoni as at the time of this report, profjaysblog can confirm.
