Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji has hailed the Member representing Isiala Ngwa North State Constituency, Hon Ginger Onwusibe as a “man of the people”.
The Speaker said this during the 5th Annual Convention of the Otawike Youth Initiative and commissioning ceremony of Chuku Wachuku mini stadium built by Hon Ginger Onwusibe.
While speaking at the event, and obviously moved by the large turnout of people of the constituency, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji said, “I am very pleased with what I’m seeing here today.
