The Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency hopeful, Chief Dr Onyinye Rufus-Obi has submitted her All Progressive Congress (APC) Nomination and Expression of Interest Forms at the At the International Conference Center (ICC), Abuja, profjaysblog gathered.
Recall that, Chief Dr Onyinye Rufus-Obi had on the 3rd of January, 2022 declared her interest to represent the good people of Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency at the National Assembly to her party faithfuls and some members of her constituency.
Also recall that, on the 1st of May, 2022, some political groups had gathered at her country home residence in Umuokogbuo-Eluama in Isuikwuato to further persuade her to vie as she was assured of their unalloyed support.
The groups posited that, if Dr. Onyinye Rufus Obi is given the opportunity to represent Isuikwuato/Umunneochi, her impact will be instantly felt because of her exposure, array of network, expertise, experience in public and private sector. The groups reiterated the fact that she’s the only one that can bring about the needed change.
The forms were submitted yesterday, 12th May, 2022 after meeting up with all necessary requirements as demanded.
Dignitaries that accompanied her are Engr Joe Enyinnaya, Otunba Ayo Oyelade amongst others.
