President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed the immediate past Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Ezewon Wike as Minister for Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and his counter part, former Governor of Ebonyi State, Engr Dave Umahi as Minister for Works.
Recall that, Tinubu recently forwarded names of minister nominees to the Senate for screening and approval few weeks ago.
However, Wike and Umahi were among the minister nominees that were successfully screened few days ago by the Senate.
