Miss Tina Awuse Agbozi, the founder of Amaris Household Media and the organizer of Most Beautiful Girl in Rivers State 2018 (MBGRS) has served the former beauty Queen, Miss Tammytara T. Abaku a letter of warning titled ”Publication of defamatory and derogatory comments on social media agaisnt Tina Agbozi” through her lawyer.
The letter which was about two pages dated 27th of August, 2018 made it bold in clear terms that the former Queen breached the terms of MoU formerly standing between Amaris Household Media (The Organizers) and Miss Tammytara T. Abaku (The Queen) before her resignation on the 17th of August, 2018.
Tammytara Abaku who is a 200L student of Rivers State University (RSU) studying Mass Communication was crowned Most Beautiful Girl in Rivers State (MBGRS) sometimes in March 2018 and after which made herself unavailable for official meetings, etc to the organizers of the above mentioned event according to information made available to profjaysblog.com
Below is an extract from the attached document from her lawyer:
”You are hereby warned to desist forthwith from you unwholesome conduct. Also you are advised in your interest to remove all derogatory comments you have posted on social media against our clients and render unreserved apology for your comments. You are henceforth required to stop the use of AMARIS brand name and logo in any of your publications. It is our further instruction to demand the return of all property belonging to AMARIS in your possession with immediate effect.
take note that, if you neglect, refuse or fail to heed to this warning, we shall have no option than set a machinery of justice in motion against you and claim damages for defamation.”
We earlier posted a report from the organizers of Most Beautiful Girl in Rivers State (MBGRS) on how they have fulfilled 60% of their promises to the former queen and also how she tried to scammed them and we promised to keep updating you guys as events of things unfold which is what we are doing.
