As we commemorate the joyous seasons of Christmas and New Year, I extend warmest felicitations and heartfelt greetings to you and your loved ones. May this festive period usher in an aura of peace, love, and joy, as we commemorate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ and usher in a new year replete with hope and promise.
As we indulge in the festivities, let us not forget the less privileged, the vulnerable, and the marginalized in our society. Let us remember the widows, orphans, the disabled, and the homeless, who cannot afford the basic necessities for the Christmas celebration.
I challenge everyone to take proactive action! Let us reach out to those in need, and demonstrate the true essence of Christmas, which is about altruism, generosity, and showing compassion. Let us put smiles on the faces of the less privileged, and bring joy to those who have lost hope.
As we celebrate, let us also reflect on our individual and collective responsibilities towards creating a more just and equitable society. Let us resolve to be agents of positive transformation, promoting peace, love, and unity in our communities.
To the members of SHOGNA Foundation, I urge you to continue being the epitome of hope and glimmering light in your respective communities. Your selfless service and commitment to the less privileged are a validation to the power of compassion and kindness.
To the political class, I charge you to remember the vulnerable and marginalized in your policy decisions and actions. Let the spirit of Christmas guide you to prioritize the welfare and well-being of all citizens, especially the most vulnerable.
As we enter a new year, I pray that it brings us closer to our dreams, aspirations, and collective goals. May we continue to work together towards building a society that is just, equitable, and peaceful.
Once again, I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
God bless you!
