
The Chief Liaison Officer of Abia State, Abuja, Hon. Iheanyi Frank Chinasa, has extended heartfelt felicitations to Chief James Chijioke Umeh (Ike Abam) on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In a statement issued by him today, Hon. Chinasa described Chief Umeh as “a rare gift to humanity and an outstanding philanthropist whose life continues to reflect genuine commitment to service and the upliftment of society.”
According to him, Chief Umeh’s contributions in healthcare, education, youth empowerment, and his unwavering support to the Government of Abia State stand as enduring testaments of a man driven by compassion, vision, and the desire for collective progress.
Hon. Chinasa further commended Chief Umeh’s sustained commitment to community and state development, noting that such dedication not only strengthens Abia but also inspires others to emulate the same spirit of service.
