Barr Kaodi Onuoha, a legal luminary with extensive experience and technical know-how in governance and a renowned political heavy weight in Isuikwuato has congratulated the former Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Onyeabo Azubuike Ihejirika (rtd) on his 70th birthday.
Recall that, General Ihejirika was appointed Chief of Army Staff sometime in September, 2010, by the then President Goodluck Jonathan and served meritoriously for three (3) years until he retired in 2014.
