The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have fix a new date and also indicted the Nigeria Army in the role they played during the suspended electoral process in Rivers State.
The commission has also said it will issue a detailed timeline and activities for the completion of the election on Wednesday 20th March, 2019.
